This thirty minute TV drama tells the story of Hannah. Things are going well for Hannah. She is young, beautiful, has a flat in the heart of Glasgow and a new job starting on Monday. There is only one small problem in Hannah’s life. She is HIV positive.
Based on the award-winning play by Lisa Nicoll, ‘Touched’ challenges the discriminatory attitudes of professional staff in the courts and social and health care networks as well as raising awareness of the stigma of living with HIV. It is a powerful and emotional journey that will promote equality and confront people’s negative assumptions about HIV/AIDS.
